Our workshops are open to all interested in personal growth. We have been working
for several years with groups of health care professionals, teachers, parents, musicians
and artists.

KALEIDOSCOPE: COMPASSION AND FORGIVENESS

Compassion and forgiveness are the pillars of a fruitful personal and professional life. We are often burdened with feelings of guilt, resentment, anger and frustration. Unable to get rid of these feelings we miss opportunities for enjoyment and satisfaction. Without realising, we can gradually slip into an unhealthy routine.
Kaleidoscope, with its ever-changing and playful mixing of patterns, brings an opportunity for self-discovery and transformation. This workshop is designed to gain awareness and make the necessary changes to improve the quality of our life.
